    Community Handbook

    The Lynchburg Community Handbook is a handy reference with information about the programs, services and activities of importance to our residents.  A limited number of hard copies are available free of charge at the Lynchburg Public Library, 2315 Memorial Avenue and its downtown branch at 900 Church Street. You may also pick up a copy from the Citizens First Information Desk in City Hall, 900 Church Street.
