    Crime of the Week

    January 14, 2014

On 1/4/14 a female came to the pharmacy department at the CVS on Langhorne Rd. and submitted a prescription for Oxycodone.      The suspect (the female in the surveillance footage wearing sunglasses and carrying a green purse) portrayed herself to be someone that she wasn't and had the prescription filled. Not sure if the ID was stolen or a good forgery.  When the prescription was filled, an email from CVS went to the actually person that the suspect was portraying to be. She contacted CVS and said that she did not have a prescription for oxycodone and she did not bring a prescription for oxycodone to the CVS on Langhorne Rd.  The suspect had already picked up the prescription before CVS was contacted by the actual person who's name the prescription was filled in.
