Matt Richards, the founder of Runners in Action and former Virginia 10 miler champion, will lead a runner’s workshop on Sept. 10th at 6:30 pm. Matt will go over strategies and nutrition plans for running a long race. Learn how to prepare your mind and body for 10 milers, half-marathons and marathons.
This program is free and open to the public. No registration is required. This workshop will be held in the Community Meeting Room.
