Billings & Collections Division
The Billings and Collections Division holds full responsibility for the issuance, collection, processing and recording of all current and delinquent monies due to the City, as well as the School Board including:

Tax (Real Estate, Personal Property, Business Personal Property, Meals/Lodging and Amusement)

Utility Billings (Water and Sewer)

Landfill Bills

Business License

Vehicle License

Ambulance Service Charges

Trash Tags and Trash Decals

Auto Decals

Pedlar Reservoir Fishing Permits

Parking Tickets
In addition to billing and collection activities, historical records are maintained for each account to assist in account analysis. This Division is also responsible for receiving applications for new water and sewer service as well as service disconnection's for delinquent accounts.
