The next Citizens Academy will begin in March 2014. Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays. The Lynchburg Citizens Academy is an twelve-week interactive program geared to learning about the government process in the City of Lynchburg. Each week City government experts discuss diverse topics. Enrollment is limited to 30 participants, 18 years or older. Lynchburg residents are given first priority. Applicants not scheduled for this session will be placed on an enrollment list for future sessions.
