The James River Conference Center parking lot is located on 351 Court Street and has 200 parking spaces.  The James River Conference Center parking lot is open to the public.  There are no designated handicap spaces within this lot.  Parking is enforced from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday.  Parking is free on nights, weekends and city holidays.
