Lot B is located at 919-921 Church Street and has 14 parking spaces. Lot B is directly across the street from the main entrance of City Hall and adjacent to the Monument Terrace Building.  Parking by permit only.  Parking permits are only issued to City Employees - no public parking.

City Employees that have appointments with the City's Nurse Practitioner may use any of the two designated spaces when coming to the clinic at Monument Terrace.
