Lot J is located on the 200 block of 9th Street, adjacent to City Hall.  Lot J has 32 parking spaces and is permit parking only.  

All parking spaces are reserved permit parking spaces.  Reserved parking permits cost $40.00 per month.  Parking is enforced from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday.  Parking is free on nights, weekends and city holidays.
