Main Street Bridge Rehabilitation
Main Street Bridge Rehabilitation
This project includes the rehabilitation and replacement of major bridge components on the Main Street bridge. Work will incorporate streetscape improvements for one of the main gateways into the City. This bridge is currently under-height. The project looks into raising the bridge height to prevent future bridge strikes, as there have been several strikes over the past 20 years.
This project is currently in the preliminary design phase with Schwartz & Associates, Inc. Construction is projected to begin in the Fall of 2013.
