In October, 2018, City Council directed staff to prepare Zoning Ordinance amendments as it related to short term rental uses in the City. A hearing was conducted in January 2019 to solicit public input. After further consideration, the Lynchburg Planning Commission requested a second hearing take place for additional public input.
On Wednesday, March 27 at 4:00 p.m., the City of Lynchburg’s Planning Commission will conduct this second public hearing regarding changes in the Zoning Ordinance amendments. The hearing will take place in City Hall, Council Chamber, 900 Church Street.
