On Tuesday, January 21, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., the Lynchburg Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the Lynchburg Fire Department, Centra Health Trauma Services and the Diamond Hill Community Center, will host a community health event at the Diamond Hill Community Center, 1005 17th Street.
At this event, basic medical and life safety techniques will be taught, including hands-only CPR training and emergency bleeding control.
The event is free and open to the public, and attendees may come as go as they please. The inclement weather date is Tuesday, January 28.
