Public Education Activity Request
It is required that Public Education Activity Requests be submitted 30 days prior to your event.
To submit your Public Education Activity request electronically, click here and complete the on-line form.
Please be certain that your form is completed in its entirety. Lack of information could result in a delay in processing your request. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you have completed your request, please return the completed form either by mail, fax, or email. Someone from the Fire Marshal’s Office will call to confirm your request.
