The City of Lynchburg has a wide array of recreation facilities that serve the community. Many facilities are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our reasonable rates and unique buildings make a great place to hold a family reunion, business meeting, birthday party, wedding or neighborhood get-together. Our rental facilities are popular and space fills up quickly, so be sure to reserve well in advance.

Policies

• All facility use permits (with accompanying fees) must be received seven days in advance of the requested date of reservation. No telephone reservations.
• All set-up and clean-up activities shall be conducted within the allotted rental hours (including pre-event setup and post-event cleanup).
• All fees must be paid by cash, check or money order made payable to:  "City of Lynchburg".
• There is an additional fee of $35.00 per hour if the rental exceeds the contracted time of use.
• Total rental times shall be rounded up to the nearest hour.
