    From swim lessons to spraygrounds, lifeguard training to water slide, Lynchburg Parks & Recreation's Aquatics program offers summertime fun and learning for the whole family. Read about our programs below, and follow the links for more information. 

    AQUATIC FUN

    Miller Park Pool

    Stop by for a swim, slide down the spiral water slide, take a jump off the diving boards, wade in the kiddy pool, or just lounge.
    Season opens weekends starting May 25. Opens daily starting June 9 through August 17.
    Hours: 
    M - Sa           12:00pm - 6:00pm
    Sun                  1:00pm - 5:00pm

    Admission Fees:
    Special $5.00/person rate applies to Memorial Day weekend only.
     

    AGE ADMISSION
    2 and under Free
    Youth Ages 3-15 $2.00*
    Adults Ages 16 & Up $3.00
    Season Pass $50.00
    Family Pass Base Rate $90.00**

    * Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
    **Valid for up to 3 family members. Each additional family member is $25.00.

    Miller Park Pool Rentals

    Splash, slide and dive with families, coworkers and friends! Miller Park Pool is available for rentals when closed to the general public. All rentals have a two-hour minimum, which includes an hour and 45 minutes of swim time. Private rentals accepted between June 7 and August 11.

    Main Pool Rental Fees:                                   $  90.00 per hour
    Main Pool & Kiddie Areas Fee:                      $120.00 per hour

    To accommodate groups exceeding 125 people, there is an additional $30.00 per hour charge. Find out how to rent Miller Park Pool.

    Riverfront Park Fountain

    Riverfront Park is located near the river in downtown Lynchburg, connects to the Riverwalk trail along its northern edge. Our Riverfront Park Fountain offers a splash of fun and a great way to cool down in the summer. Stop by and run on through! 

    Riverside Park Sprayground

    The 1,900 square-foot sprayground at Riverside Park is the place to get wet and wild and crazy this summer! Squirting water, spitting frogs, dumping buckets and more will be running all summer long. Open daily May 1 - October 1, 11:00am - 7:00pm. FREE.
