Public Education Activity Request

It is required that Public Education Activity Requests be submitted 30 days prior to your event.

Please be certain that your form is completed in its entirety. Lack of information could result in a delay in processing your request. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis. Someone from the Fire Marshal's Office will call to confirm your request.
