Technical Review Committee (TRC)


The Technical Review Committee (TRC) reviews site plans and subdivision plats for compliance with the City Zoning Ordinance and City Code. The committee provides its comments in writing after the TRC meeting in order to ensure the representative has the information needed to complete their project in a timely manner.


The TRC has members from the following areas: Planning, Inspections, Erosion & Sediment Control, Engineering, Public Works, Water Resources, Fire Marshal, Assessor, American Electric Power, Verizon, and Police.


Regular meeting dates and deadlines are Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. according to the TRC Submittal Schedule. Virtual meetings are held via Microsoft Teams.
