Order of Business

At regular meetings of the Council, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month (*with the exception of July, August, and December when Council meets on the 2nd Tuesday only), the order of business shall generally be as follows:

Work Session

4:00 p.m.  Call to Order

  • Staff Reports/Business Item Briefings
  • Roll Call
  • Closed Meeting (if necessary)

City Council Meeting

7:00 p.m.  Call to Order

  • Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance
  • Special Recognitions by the Mayor or Council (if any)
  • Consent Agenda
  • Public Hearings
  • Public Comment
  • General Business
  • Closed Meeting (if necessary)
  • Adjournment
