Welcome to the Neighborhood Services Division. Our vision is to produce thriving, attractive, safe neighborhoods where all citizens are committed to work together as a community to meet the challenges which will face us, and to create neighborhoods that we can enjoy and a place we can be proud to call our home. To maintain this vision, the City has adopted minimum standards for properties within the City limits. These standards provide protection to you and your neighbors by ensuring that substandard conditions of trash, yards, vehicles, etc., may be addressed. The Neighborhood Services Division is here to work with you to provide the best possible living environment to you and your neighbors, thereby enhancing the quality of life.
