Online Permitting

Online permitting is an easy and efficient way to apply and pay for permits, and schedule inspections.

 

Contractor registration must be completed here prior to requesting online permits. Once you have submitted your application and it has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to set up a password and security question. After your password and security question have been set up, you are ready to login and begin applying for permits and scheduling inspections.

 

Not a contractor but still need to apply for a permit? Public registration must be completed here prior to requesting online permits. You may also need to fill out an owner affidavit.

You can apply for permits here. When you apply for a permit, you will need to enter the permit information, your contact information, and pay the fee. Fees will need to be paid in full by credit card and will be subject to a credit card service fee. Click here for the fee chart.
